1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aqua Siri ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PondHub.

2. License

PondHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial fish pond management purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Transfer your license to another person

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• First pond — always free. You may track one pond at no cost.
• Additional ponds — ₹499 one-time per pond. This is a single, non-recurring charge processed through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no automatic renewal.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the pond has been activated, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Purchases are managed by Apple. For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Data & Privacy

Your pond data is stored locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud infrastructure (Railway + Neon). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintaining the accuracy of data you enter into the App
• Keeping your device and account credentials secure
• Ensuring any workers you add are aware of these Terms
• Complying with all applicable local laws regarding fish farming

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PondHub does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. All FCR calculations and insights are estimates for informational purposes only and do not replace professional aquaculture advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PondHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of pond yield or business loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent in-app purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, icons, and the underlying software — are the exclusive property of PondHub and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

10. Changes to Terms

PondHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Apple App Store

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In any conflict, Apple's terms govern with respect to distribution through the App Store.
